Ted Sheridan is an architect and artist who works with direct contact printing using pulverized metallic powders, graphite and paint. Combinations of oxidized and pure metals serve as a marking medium on paper that is then transformed though immersion and corrosion of the metals. His work explores the relationship between planning and composition, and the unpredictable results of using wet media and corrosion.
